Any and all of Eden Walks tours are non-transferable and are only valid for those they were originally intended, no exceptions. It is the responsibility of the client once they have booked their tour/s to ensure they are at the correct meeting point at the right time/date.
Eden Walks will not accept responsibility for those who are unable to locate, miss or are not on time for their tour/s. Eden Walks also accepts no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, delay or damage to person’s or property caused by or arising from anything or condition which may be seen as out of our direct control while on one of our tours. In the case of unforeseen events Eden Walks reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour for any reason. In this case if the client is unhappy with the change offered he or she will be in entitled to full reimbursement of the price paid.
Eden Walks will only except e-checks payments for tours occurring at least one week after the payment was made as it normally takes 5-7days for these to clear. Any person under the age of 12 must be accompanied be a person of at least 16 years of age or older at all times. All those paying reduced rates i.e.- students and children must have proof of age or a student ID with them at all times and anyone found trying to abuse this service will be asked to leave the tour immediately.
Any changes and cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 6 days prior to the original tour date. Failure to do so will result in complete forfeiture of your deposit no exceptions. All changes made within the allocated time will incur a 50% service charge per booking made.
