Our cooking classes explore traditional Roman cuisine and are led by a certified Roman chef. They take place in Piazza Navona, at the historic Roman Holiday restaurant located in the heart of Rome. Here, you can admire the fountain of the four rivers by Bernini and the church of Santa Agnese.10

Course Design

The first few hours we will begin by tasting a prosecco. After preparation, the cook will put everything in the kitchen, which will be ready in approximately 10 minutes. You will be able to try your preparation and we will sit at the table with a breath-taking view of Piazza Navona as we eat and converse. Lastly, we will make fresh tiramisu, which will be prepared by you and our chef. We will have a limoncello or a bitter to finish with a flourish. At the end of the cooking classes, you can go with your glass of wine to take pictures of the Bernini fountain, which is a unique thing that can only be done in Rome.
