We’ll visit a typically Roman cheese shop and butcher and try different white and red wines from the Lazio region, learning the history behind what you are tasting. You’ll sample Roman specialities (such enjoy a Roman feast at a local trattoria and finish the evening with the best gelato the Eternal City has to offer!
